Hull City will be fancying their chances to register their second straight win when they visit troubled Tottenham Hotspur side who have firmly occupied the foot of the Premier League table for a third week running.

Hull secured a shock 2-1 win over Arsenal last weekend to extend their impressive start to the season and move sixth in the league table. Tipped to struggle in the league, Hull coach Phil Brown could not resist hitting back at critics by pointing out that his side has already managed to secure the same number of points that Derby County had collected for the whole of last season.

Tottenham Hotspur continue their desperate search for their first league win of the new season with a failure to do so leaving them with an unwanted record of not winning a game in seven league matches for the first time in 96 years.
