Rangers take on Clyde in the second of their pre-season friendlies on Tuesday.

Rangers will be hoping to overcome injury worries to vital players as manager Walter Smith looks to build on a hugely impressive season last year.

Rangers have appointed David Weir as the stand-in captain in place of Barry Ferguson has had ankle surgery recently.

In their first pre-season friendly Rangers went down 1-0 to Schalke 04 and Smith will be hoping his side can put that result behind them.
