CFR Cluj v Chelsea Live

Chelsea will be hoping avoid becoming the second high profile scalp for Romanian club CFR Cluj when both the teams meet in their Champions League clash on Wednesday.

Cluj had a dream start to their debut Champions League campaign as they beat Italian side AS Roma 2-1 in their opening match. However coach Maurizio Trombetta will be aware that his side faces a tougher challenge at home against a Chelsea side that will be looking forward to maintaining their good form in the competition that saw them lose just one match last season.

While Deco will pose a creative threat to the Cluj defense, Frank Lampard will be the major threat for the hosts with the England midfielder scoring five goals in seven appearances so far. Chelsea secured a comfortable 4-0 win over Bordeaux in their first match at Stamford Bridge and are expected to collect all three points on Wednesday as well.
