St Mirren welcome Rangers to Love Street for their next SPL game on Sunday hoping to avoid a repeat of last weekend’s loss to Motherwell.

St Mirren lost 2-1 last week as Billy Mehmet’s opener was nullified by goals from John Sutton and Bob Malcolm. Franco Miranda is suspended for this game after receiving a red card last week, while Jack Ross is injured.

However Craig Dargo could feature after recovering from a knee injury.

Rangers beat Hibernian 3-0 thanks to a double strike from former Hibs man Kenny Miller. Bougherra got the other goal. Manager Walter Smith may not risk Lee McCulloch although he played in a reserve team game.
