Russia v Sweden Live

Both Russia and Sweden will go all out for three points when they face off  at the Tivoli Neu in Innsbruck. At stake is a place in the quarterfinals of the Euro 2008.

Russia have put themselves in a good position thanks to Konstantin Zyryanov, who scored their only goal in the 1-0 win over Greece. Russia coach Guus Hiddink may need to shuffle his midfield ahead of the Sweden game if his young side are to cope with pressure from Henrik Larsson and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Sweden can count themselves unlucky because it was only a last minute goal from David Villa that prevented them from earning a draw against Spain. Fernando Torres had scored first, but Ibrahamiovic had equalized within 20 minutes.
