Republic of Ireland will be looking to register a win in their next their World Cup qualifier against Cyprus on Wednesday after having come away with a draw against Montenegro.

Ireland defeated Georgia 2-1 in their opening game and then traveled away to Montenegro where they were held to a 0-0 draw. Republic of Ireland boss Giovanni Trapattoni is dealing with a mini-injury crisis as Damien Duff, Steve Finnan, Stephen Kelly and Steven Reid are all out.

Caleb Folan, Kevin Foley, Anthony Stokes, Keith Andrews and Darron Gibson have been called in as replacements.

Cyprus have lost one game against Italy and have drawn their next one 1-1 against Georgia
