Patrick McCourt is the only signing so far for Celtic this season though talks are underway to sign Manchester City striker Georgios Samaras on a permanent deal. Meanwhile Middlesbrough have signed Didier Digard and Marvin Emnes so far while George Boateng joined Hull for an undisclosed fee.
