Arsenal travel to Amsterdam to take part in the annual pre season friendly Amsterdam Tournament. They kick off the two-day bash with a clash against Ajax at the Amsterdam Arena.

Arsenal have played in seven pre-season friendlies already and have failed to defend the Emirates Cup. However manager Arsene Wenger is confident his side can pose a real challenge for the Premiership title this season.

Ajax meanwhile start under former Holland coach Marco Van Basten and will want to get off to a good start so they can challenge rivals for the Dutch domestic league title.
