Carlisle v Leeds Live
Leeds go into the second leg of their League One play off semi final clash against Carlisle hoping that a Dougie Freedman injury time goal will help them take one step closer to winning promotion back to the Championship.
Leeds looked down and out of the tie as Carlisle took a comfortable 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Danny Graham and Marc Bridge-Wilkinson in either half. However Freedman’s goal late in the injury time helped Leeds reduce the deficit.
However Leeds will have to win the game by at least two goals though manager Gary McAllister will be optimistic that his strike force will come up with the goods having scored 72 goals in the league campaign.
Leeds’ recent visit to Brunton Park was not a happy one with Carlisle emerging comfortable 3-1 victors back in November last year.
