Blackburn Rovers v Manchester United Live

Manchester United will be looking to make it three wins in three games when they visit Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.

United followed up their 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers in the Premier League last weekend with a polished performance in the Champions League as they beat Aalborg BK 3-0 in midweek. Dimitar Berbatov broke his duck for United by scoring a brace in the match with Wayne Rooney adding the third.

This will be Paul Ince’s first meeting against his former club but the Blackburn manager will be optimistic of getting a positive result against the defending champions after registering three straight wins in all competitions. Ince will be boosted by the news that Rooney will be missing the match after the striker suffered an ankle injury in midweek while Paul Scholes is out for at least 10 weeks with a ligament injury.
